It has been clear since the dawn of the industrial revolution that machines provide civilization with enormous operating leverage. Metric is funding development of robots (and associated AI platforms to manage the same) that make life better.

Our managing partner’s grandfather designed and built some of the earliest planes for the US Navy during WWI (over 2,000 aircraft were in service by the end of the war). While others build autonomous weapons, we remain focused on robots that build energy grids, grow food, deliver medicine, clean water, provide shelter, and ensure safety. We believe our robots will significantly reduce the frequency and severity of conflicts. We believe wars are won with peace.

Metric is interested in partnering with and scaling robotics businesses, value added AI platforms, and associated industrial manufacturing facilities. We have experience working in all environments from the frontlines of the Russo-Ukrainian war to Malaysian jungles.
