Over the next decade we will facilitate the development of a global recycling network that reduces the amount of raw materials requiring extraction - today we can recycle and reuse over 90% of aluminum and steel (we are simultaneously working to produce circular materials that naturally degrade, please take a moment to review our portfolio of advanced materials). In addition to our industrial real estate investments which have generated compelling returns for our partners we are currently working to build safe places for those in need of shelter and healthcare.
