For us, as is always the case, this investment was principally a bet on the team; prior to Helpful Farhan cofounded Extreme Labs (acquired by Pivotal) and Dan cofounded Rypple (acquired by Salesforce); this team was so compelling that Shopify (NYSE: SHOP) swooped in with an acquisition offer.
